The cornerstone value of our office is compassion. Emerging from that is our belief that our clients have the absolute right to be free from governmental interference if their actions harm no one; that the presumption of innocence is not a mere catch phrase and that our client's freedom, rights and reputations should not be abridged because of mere allegations.

We believe passionately in the humanity and justice of second chances. We protect our clients as we would family. We use our legal and technical skills to stand between them and often humorless and insensitive governmental agencies and between them and those who would accuse them or deny them fair treatment. We try with all of our energy and ability to help our clients and their families through the night whether it be the ordeal of criminal prosecution or the complexity of a civil lawsuit. We recognize and honor our clients decency and their right to be left alone.
